Life saver!!! These are awesome to protect your MC4 connectors when rain or dirt can damage, I use these on all open connections on my boxes outside and these connector caps keep dry and moisture out, Have bought many since and recommended to others who love them

Some water intrusion in heavy rain, but no corrosion present on connectors. Works enough.

For the most part these worked fine for me. I made sure to protect them with some armor all because they are cheap plastic and will get brittle if left out in the sun.What I did notice is a couple of the them fit loose and I was afraid they would fall off. To fix this, I added a little bit of dielectric grease to create some suction so they wouldn't slip off and it worked. They haven't move and are still in place. The grease also adds a waterproof intrusion layer if some water does slip by and it has the added benefit of lubricating the little rubber o-rings some of these wire have.Hope this helps!
