This website is operated by ELFCULB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ELFCULB. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. 

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and product compliance laws).

SECTION 2 - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the technical specifications, wire gauges (AWG), current ratings, and connector types of our products—primarily low-voltage DC connection cables (under 48V), solar PV cables, and specialized relays. However, minor cosmetic variations or engineering optimizations may occur due to raw material batches.

DIY & Installation Risk: Our products are component-level hardware used in various electrical setups (such as low-voltage DC power routing, solar systems, and automotive control circuits). It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the purchased voltage, amperage, and connector specifications match their specific hardware and equipment. ELFCULB is not liable for any equipment damage, electrical failure, or personal injury resulting from improper DIY installation, reverse polarity connection, or mismatched electrical parameters.

SECTION 3 - BULK CUSTOMIZATION AND PROCESSING

For large-volume wholesale purchases or customized specifications (such as tailored wire lengths, specialized wire harnesses, or bulk modifications), production timelines and processing requirements must be agreed upon via separate communication (email via elfculb@gmail.com). Once production or component sourcing for a bulk/custom order has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - MULTI-CHANNEL FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY

To optimize delivery speed, we utilize various fulfillment routes, including direct shipping from our central warehouse and local Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) networks (such as Amazon MCF). 

All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and subject to carrier conditions. 

Under normal circumstances, our standard shipping is offered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. However, if a buyer explicitly requests a specialized, tax-exclusive shipping method, any subsequent customs clearance, local tariffs, or storage fees imposed by the destination country shall be borne entirely by the buyer.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

As stated in our Legal Notice, we do not participate in online dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (including the European Commission's ODR platform). Any unresolved disputes shall be handled through direct communication or via the competent courts of Hong Kong.
