Thank you for shopping at ELFCULB. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time & Custom Orders
- Standard Orders: All standard orders require 2 business days for processing, testing, and packaging before they are dispatched.
- Bulk / Custom Orders: For large volume purchases or custom specifications (such as tailored wiring accessories or custom wire harnesses), processing and manufacturing times will vary. Please contact our support team directly to coordinate and confirm the estimated production timeline before placing your order.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Depending on your choice at checkout, we offer two main shipping tiers:

Standard Registered Mail:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10 - 20 business days.
- Tracking: Fully tracked with a registration number.

Expedited Commercial Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / EMS):
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 - 7 business days.
- Tracking: Real-time premium tracking.
Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to local customs inspection.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Tax-Inclusive Policy)
Our Standard Policy (Duties Paid): Under normal circumstances, we ship your orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we take care of the customs clearance process, and import duties, taxes, and local VAT are fully included/pre-paid by us, so you will not face unexpected fees upon delivery.
Special Requests: If you or your customs broker have special invoicing requirements, or if you explicitly request us to ship via a specific method that excludes taxes (Delivered Duty Unpaid / DDU), please contact us immediately after placing your order. Any additional fees arising from such special requests will be the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the official carrier portal.
