Excellent ProductJust what I needed to complete my Solar Panel set up to my Solar Generator. This is a great option should you need an ASE connection. Wires are good quality and durable. MC4 to SAEConnectors are good and tight and the SAE connector has a cap to seal up when not in use.

The MC4 male end should be BLACK (Negative) and the wire with the MC4 female end should be RED (Positive).There is an included SAE adapter which reverses the polarity to alleviate this, but WHY?! I would rather not have to have an adapter on an adapter to make this product work. As others have noted in their reviews, this is the case for most applications. I ended up returning this product and bought a different brand, which was wired properly. (although it wasn't 10 feet).

Ordered the adapter cable to be able to hook up a pair of solar panels to two different brand batteries. The cable came with an adapter to reverse the polarity of the plug. The polarity adapter did the trick for being able to make everything work.

I used this for a while until I learned that the proper wire to use for solar panels is pv wire. It is UV rated and holds up in the sun unlike this wire. This wire got faded in the sun and I ended up switching to proper pv wire and using this elsewhere

Works very well I use to extend my portable solar suitcase out away from the camp site and keep it in the sun well made good fit 👍🏽
