Erfüllt seinen Zweck
Cable is adequate but PVC not like the silicone high temp cables. Connector is a generic Anchi brand, not Anderson.
Looks ok. Around 20°c above ambient at 40A
This set-up makes mating twp power boxes easier and quicker.
I needed to fuse the cables from two charge controllers to one of my battery banks, and because I had the connecting cables with Anderson SB50 connectors already, I just cut this one in half and spliced on the inline fuses and battery terminal rings. Because I have three discrete modularized arrays (so far!) with battery banks, charge controllers, and inverters, I'm working on converting all my connections to Anderson SB50 for flexibility and ease of use. I used this cable for both charge controller>battery connections, cutting the cable carefully to wind up with just the lengths I needed. The negative and positive cables are joined together with this cable, and I managed to knick the plastic casing on the negative wire when I was separating them because I didn't want to cut them exactly in half first. No problem: I just heat-shrank a bit of sleeve over the knick, which was only slight and didn't hit the internal wire. These connectors fit all of the Anderson SB50s I have regardless of brand, and it was a great solution for me to just buy the one cable.
Schnelle Lieferung und super Verarbeitung
Well made.I purchased this cable to cut in half to use the wire and connectors separately and for that they are great. This is good wire that can be soldered easily.I do recommend and may buy more in the future...
Well, it works, with the following caveats...I had to get my Dremel tool and remove some of the plastic to get it to connect with my other brand version of this connector. The connection is now fine, however the cable does get quite warm at the rated 50 amps. I'm still happy with the product, but maybe I would go with a heftier wire next time.
Funktioniert bisher problemlos. Preis / Leistung geht in Ordnung.
